

Finally, unsupported games flat out don’t work on the Steam Deck.

Playable games are ones players have tried out, and while they work, they might have some bugs or small issues associated with them. Verified games are exactly what they sound like: Games Valve has officially started to work on Steam Deck with no issues. We will break down the list of games into three sections: verified games, playable games, and unsupported games. So far, not every game on Steam has been verified to work on the handheld, so we’ve compiled a full list of what you know you can play right now on your Steam Deck.

It is the vocal minority that is claiming opposite that every game should have "basic movement" that just doesn't work that way they think.ĢD display to 3D display with head motion tracking and 360 view are totally different things. If you don't know, every VR manufacturer (from Oculus to HTC/Valve etc) has found in their research and study that Locomotion ain't so great and there are limitations what MAJORITY can experience.

It's rather frustrating that so many VR game developers remove basic movement and forcibly replace it with teleportation and/or on-rails location locked gameplay, just because a vocal minority of people complain about motion sickness.
